Relaxation and sports massage are the core massage modalities. However, our practitioners have also been trained in remedial massage, which incorporates trigger point therapy, acupressure, PNF stretching and myofascial release. Your massage is tailored to you and it is likely that your massage will include the various types of massage and modalities mentioned.

We can do either – it is up to you.
If you are having the corporate massage program on a regular basis, and it is your first booking, then we suggest we go from desk to desk so that we can do a brief ergonomic assessment for those staff participating in your corporate massage program. After the initial massages are completed we suggest setting up in a room, as this allows staff the opportunity to really switch off and relax during their massage.
